Maps of Occupation by Period

The areas of occupation for the five periods from Formative 1 to Recent, as well as for California Heavy Gray and Mirador Heavy Red ceramics (whose chronological position is not well established) in the San Agustín-Isnos survey zone are provided as compressed ZIP files in two GIS formats: Idrisi (Version 17--Selva) and GEOTIFF raster files. Each Idrisi compressed file will produce two files with the same name and the extensions .RST and .RDC. Each TIFF compressed file will produce two files with the same name and the extensions .TIF and .TFW. The cell values in the GIS files are as follows:

• 0 = Outside the survey zone
• 1 = Unoccupied area
• 2 = Occupied area
