Lower Dover Community Dataset
The data files OBSIDIANELEMENTAL.CSV and OBSIDIANELEMENTAL.XLSX provide information on the sample's elemental values, site, and period. OBSIDIANELEMENTAL.CSV is a comma delimited ASCII text file; OBSIDIANELEMENTAL.XLSX contains the same data in the form of an Excel spreadsheet.

Each line in the .CSV file represents an individual sample. There are 206 lines, each with 20 variables separated by commas. The variables are listed in the following order:

The first line of the .CSV file, for example, looks like this:

This means that the pxrf was in mining mode, the XRF instrument collected data from the sample for 240 seconds, the units are parts per million. The sample number is BR012, excavated on 3 July 2019, from Barton Ramie BR-180/168 center, from a Late Preclassic to Early Classic context, from BR-180 Excavation Unit 1, Level 2, Lot 13, Feature 2 (which was an on floor deposit) and it had 274 manganese, 5488 iron, 22 zinc, 115 rubidium, 109 strontium, 79 zirconium, 10 niobium, and the provenance was determined to be El Chayal.
